Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Artistic Landscape Designs Ltd in Ottawa. In this role, you will play a vital part in transporting our diverse range of plants and materials to various locations.

Responsibilities

Operate trucks to transport plants and materials safely to designated locations. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during transportation. Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate records of deliveries. Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes. Assist in loading and unloading freight as required. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle. Communicate effectively with team members regarding delivery schedules and requirements.

Qualifications

Candidate should have a Minimum 3 years experience Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or equivalent). Strong understanding of safety regulations related to trucking operations. Ability to operate heavy equipment is an asset. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
