Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency while transporting equipment across various areas. The Truck Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Good customer service is a must.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Load and unload equipment as necessary, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage. Navigate assigned routes for timely delivery while maintaining accurate delivery logs. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status and any issues that arise during transport. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck interior.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience with manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Familiarity with flatbeds is a plus. Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is highly desirable. Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment safely. Strong understanding of freight handling procedures including loading and unloading protocols. Excellent route driving skills with knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns. Must be able to lift heavy loads as required (up to 50 pounds). Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Join us in delivering excellence on the road!
