We are looking for a seasonal AZ Driver to deliver large quantities of propane from producer/wholesaler outlets to Budget Propane storage yards in Muskoka (Gravenhurst, Huntsville, Mactier & Minden) during our peak season (September - April).

Core responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Drive our cargo liner from its base in Guelph to producer/wholesale outlets in Sarnia one day and the next day to our storage tanks in Muskoka and then back to Guelph

Complete professional pre-trip inspection of vehicle and trailers prior to using equipment

Follow all MTO related regulations

Communicate and coordinate with Freight & Logistics Coordinator on timing and location of deliveries

Communicate and coordinate vehicle repairs with Fleet Manager

Other duties:

Wash vehicle and trailers routinely at designated wash areas

Keep vehicle clean and professional

Knowledge & Skills Required:

Excellent defensive driving skills

Must have a Class AZ Ontario Drivers Licence in good standing

Experience with electronic logbooks and other online applications

Hours:

This is a full-time seasonal position. The seasonal shift is as follows:

September 1st - April 30th: Monday to Friday from 2:00PM to 11:00PM including statutory holidays and overtime as needed. This position may cover the other shift (overnight) from time to time as needed.
