Job Description
AZ Owner Operators (Single) required for Short Haul Lanes (US East and Mid-West).
Attractive Pay Package
$1.30 per mile + Monthly Bonuses + Fuel Surcharge + Discounted Fuel (upto 30%) + HST Credit
:
Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers. Single run Keep an activities log and log hours. Report mechanical problems to maintenance personnel Must have a clean driving record. Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform brake adjustments Perform emergency roadside repairs Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Perform preventive maintenance Receive and relay information to central dispatch Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled and fuel consumption Able to communicate in a professional, concise & respectful manner
