We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AZ Truck Driver to join our logistics team with an experience of 2 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service, ensuring that freight is delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

Operate trucks to transport freight to designated locations, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment, including forklifts when necessary. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage driven. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays. Perform minor automotive repairs as needed to ensure the truck remains operational. Adhere to all company policies regarding safety, maintenance, and driving practices.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and heavy equipment operation. Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment safely. Basic automotive repair skills for minor vehicle maintenance tasks. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery documentation and compliance with regulations.

Pay: $19.06-$35.34 per hour
