Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbeds, RGN Trailers. This role involves delivering freight efficiently across designated routes while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Candidates with a strong background in commercial driving and delivery experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities



Safely operate trucks with manual transmissions across assigned routes, ensuring timely deliveries of freight. Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Over-dimensional load experience an asset Plan routes effectively to optimize delivery schedules and fuel efficiency. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs in accordance with company policies. Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status or issues encountered during routes. Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly. Company paid hotels on longer trips and if a reset is required. Overtime pay after 44hours per week.

Qualifications



Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the truck types operated (e.g., tanker, flatbed). Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery. Experience operating manual transmission vehicles preferred. Ability to operate specialized equipment such as forklifts when necessary. Knowledge of safety procedures related to commercial trucking and freight handling. Strong driving record with a clean background check. Ability to load & unload cargo efficiently and safely. Excellent navigation skills for route planning and execution. Physical ability to handle loading/unloading tasks and long hours on the road. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 70 per week
