GFL Environmental is looking for an AZ Operator to join our team based in our Iroquois Office! As a Truck Driver, you will provide transportation services between customer sites in an acceptable and safe manner.
Full time drivers working 50 hours a week can earn $50000-65000 yearly
Key Responsibilities
Operate motorized vehicles to move material between client sites
Accurately complete numerous and various documents, including pre/post trip inspections, manifests, log books, VCRs, etc., in a legible manner to meet compliance requirements
Ensure that all equipment and systems are operated as per Company standards
Knowledge of TDGA, Reg. 347/558, WMHIS, MTO regulations and NMA (Nutrient Management Act)
Drivers are required to adhere to all Environmental and Health & Safety policies and procedures
Perform other duties assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must possess an AZ license and submit current abstracts, personal and CVOR (no demerits)
Must have solid written communication skills in order to complete required paperwork
Must have exceptional verbal communication skills to be able to interact with internal and external customers
Must be able to exercise good judgment and think proactively
Excellent customer service skills, with strong work ethic and positive attitude to represent the Company brand effectively and favorably
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
