Job Overview:

As an LTL Truck Driver at Darunco Specialized, you will be responsible for transporting goods over short and long distances, ensuring timely deliveries to clients while adhering to company safety standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for reliability and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate company trucks to transport LTL shipments safely and efficiently. Pick up and deliver freight on time while ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report any issues. Follow all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe operation. Communicate effectively with dispatch to receive instructions, report delays, and update on delivery statuses. Assist in loading and unloading freight, if required. Ensure proper handling and securing of shipment to prevent damage during transit. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle. Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid Class AZ license. At least 2 years of experience in LTL trucking or a similar field (LONG HAUL) - able to cross US/CAN border Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as needed. Clean driving record.
