Job Description

We are hiring for the following locations:

Ottawa:

Option 1: Night shift Option 2: 4 days on / 4 days off schedule, with sleeping accommodations provided in the truck during workdays
The selected candidate will be responsible for the loading, transporting, and unloading of fueling products at customer locations. The driver must have a strong commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and obeying federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure of Public Safety

Operate 5-axle tanker trucks and B-Trains safely.

Load and unload bulk fuel at customer locations

Properly track and document

Pre and Post Trip inspections

Hazardous Material Training

Emergency spill containment & clean-up

Qualifications Required:

Must be at least 25 years of age or older (This requirement is for insurance purposes)

Proven experience transporting fuel and fuel derivatives or bulk hazardous materials, both locally and over long distances. (This requirement is for insurance purposes)

Clean ABSTRACT and CVOR

Full-time and permanent job.

Driving experience in B- Train or 5 axles

AZ or CLASS 1 DRIVER LICENCE (Must be at least 3 years old) (This requirement is for insurance purposes)

$31 per hour during training $33 per hour for day shifts $35 per hour for night shifts Attractive annual hiring bonus: $2,500 CAD for recent experience in bulk fuel transportation from terminals to gas stations, and being carded at some terminals.
