We employ more than 1,200 people in environmental waste management and recovery, renewable energy, paving and construction, aggregates, and emulsions chemistries.Growth and transformation are a natural part of our business and our employees evolve with us.We are looking for a AZ Feedstock Driver at our Walker Grease Trap Services - Toronto location.Position Summary: Our driver/technicians are responsible for exhibiting excellent customer service as it relates to collection and cleaning of grease trap equipment. The starting rate for this role is $28.95 per hour with two annual increases for the first four years.Major (Primary) Responsibilities: * Must perform daily inspections to ensure the safe operation of vehicles and equipment

• Responsible for performing collection of preprocessed product, grease trap cleaning and deliveries of processed product to customers
• Adhere to superior safety culture and work in a healthy and safe manor
• Promote and drive health, safety, legislative and regulatory policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and contribute where appropriate to continual improvement of work processes and procedures
• Focused on excellent customer service for internal and external customers
• Mechanically inclined and able to perform routine vehicle maintenance and identify deficiencies in performance which will be reported to fleet maintenance
• Ability to work shifts and occasional overtime when required
• Advanced knowledge of MTO regulations

Skills/Knowledge/Experience RequiredSkills:This position requires a basic degree of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize daily tasks.

• Must have 2-3 years AZ driving experience (commercial)

Education & Job Knowledge:Minimum of high school graduation or equivalent (GED) or work experience in a related role.Experience: Knowledge of MTO regulations, customer service experienceCertificates, Licenses or Registration: Valid Ontario AZ class Driver\'s License with Z endorsementClean driver\'s abstract and criminal background checkCertified Professional Driver Safety Training Course CertificateTravel Requirements:The incumbent will spend up to 80% of their time driving from location to location as advised by schedulers and managers daily.Equipment Used: Motorized vehicles, vacuums, pumps and other industrial equipmentPhysical Effort:This is a physical job that requires continual need to stoop, bend, and stretch or carry objects such as materials or equipment up to 50lbsWorking Environment:Work is generally performed driving a vehicle and in a plant environment. There is frequent exposure to dust, dirt, fumes, heat, cold, traffic and other sensory attributes.
