Job Description

The qualified candidates will be responsible for operating a variety of Wilson Contracting commercial vehicles. We are looking for experienced drivers with construction and/ or aggregate experience. This position works out of our Uxbridge office. Most work is hauling from pits or our jobsites, no cross-border or long-haul driving.

Perform mandatory circle checks on trucks before driving to ensure mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order.

Maintain logs of working hours on our Daily job sheets, and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable provincial regulations.

Must be professional, respectful, and courteous when dealing with customers, the general public and co-workers.

Must be dependable and be able to manage time effectively to ensure maximum efficiency.

Must keep equipment clean and in good condition.

We run a well maintained, newer fleet. There are plenty of hours for positive team players. Dump Experience is an asset.
