Job Description
Challenger Motor Freight is excited to share that we are taking part in the AZ Driver training grant initiative, in collaboration with Trucking HR Canada and other key players in the industry.
The program, launched by the Federal Government and Trucking HR Canada, aims to tackle the persistent labour shortage issue. It is essential to ensure a robust and sustainable supply chain for the health of the Canadian economy. The program targets the training and labour challenges faced by industry employers to achieve this goal.
By participating in this driver training grant, Challenger and other transportation companies can recruit and train new drivers, ultimately contributing to the creation of a more stable and sustainable supply chain.
Eligibility requirements for the program: * Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or granted Refugee Status
- Legally entitled to work according to applicable provincial/territorial regulations
- Must be Employed at Challenger after AZ Driver Training and Licencing is complete
