Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various driving capacities, including shuttle driving, delivery services, and commercial driving. This role requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to maintain a safe and efficient driving environment. The Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers or goods to designated locations while ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

Safely operate vehicles for shuttle services, deliveries, or other transportation needs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers and addressing their needs during transit. Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and proper maintenance. Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery confirmations. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle. Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring safe loading and unloading of goods or passengers. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules and any issues that may arise during transit.

Skills

Proven experience as a shuttle driver, delivery driver, or in similar roles such as bus driving or limousine services. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with passengers. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for loading and unloading tasks. Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures to ensure optimal performance of the vehicle. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential. Pay: $18.38-$25.00 per hour
