Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled AZ Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting equipment and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment.

Duties

Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Operate forklifts and heavy equipment as needed for loading and unloading tasks. Perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance on vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

Valid commercial AZ driver's license required. Experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record preferred. Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety regulations. Skills in operating forklifts and heavy equipment are highly desirable. Basic knowledge of automotive repair is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
