Duties

Operate commercial vehicles to transport freight, equipment, or materials between locations Safely load and unload cargo or other heavy equipment as needed Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and freight to ensure safety and compliance with regulations Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation of shipments Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies during transportation activities Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries

Experience

Proven experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type being operated Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in transportation and logistics
