We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Responsibilities

Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport freight to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed for loading and unloading tasks. Perform basic automotive repairs as necessary to ensure vehicle readiness.

Requirements

Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. Experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus. Forklift certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training may be provided. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform basic automotive repairs. Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability. Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading/unloading processes. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
