Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and customer service, ensuring that all passengers or deliveries are transported efficiently and courteously. This role requires a diverse skill set, including experience in various driving capacities such as shuttle driving, delivery services, and commercial driving.

Duties

Safely operate vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations. Provide shuttle services for passengers, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs. Deliver packages or goods as required, maintaining accurate delivery records. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from vehicles, offering exceptional customer service throughout the journey. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules and any potential delays. Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring that all items are secured for transport.

Experience

Previous experience as a driver in roles such as shuttle driving, delivery driving, or bus driving is preferred. Familiarity with paratransit services is a plus, showcasing an ability to assist individuals with varying mobility needs. Experience in limousine or commercial driving can be advantageous for this position. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members effectively. A background in maintenance tasks related to vehicle upkeep will be beneficial in ensuring the reliability of our fleet.
