Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting freight, while adhering to all safety regulations.

Duties

Operate commercial vehicles for transport across various locations Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and compliance Assist with the operation of heavy machinery and equipment, including forklifts and other industrial tools Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle logs, and maintenance activities Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during transportation activities Collaborate with warehouse or logistics teams to coordinate pickups and deliveries efficiently

Experience

Proven 3 years experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related fields Minimum 1 year cross boarder experience Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adhere to schedules in a timely manner

Aptitude/Competencies

Ability to tarp and untarp utilizing different equipment No height issues (ex when tarping) Flexible/versatile Ability to bunk in the truck during the week

Equipment

walking floors, live bottoms, blower trailers, dry vans - Note: training can be provided for specific equipment preference for manual transmission
This position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple responsibilities while prioritizing safety and efficiency. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong operational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety compliance. The successful candidate will be required to bunk in the truck during the week and home on weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
