Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.

Duties

Operate vehicles to transport freight and materials to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving. Assist in basic automotive repairs as needed to ensure vehicle reliability. Secure loads using straps, chains and tarps

Skills

Proficient in commercial driving with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type. Experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment is preferred. Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and logistics operations. Experience of flatbed required Must have a usa visa Must be able to speak english
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
