Duties:

Collect and transport various waste streams from customer sites to our facility as well as to transfer stations, disposal/recycling facilities, while abiding by company policies and all applicable compliance regulations

Follow route and service schedule in timely manner

Accurately complete all applicable paperwork for each service (including work orders and Ministry of Environment manifests)

Use the technology provided in order to maximize efficiency, including time-tracking, staying updated on scheduling/routing, completing records and maintaining contact with colleagues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Valid AZ license required

Able to lift 50 lbs, as collected waste must be loaded/unloaded

Must make an effort to trouble shoot service situations and come up with safe and appropriate solutions to meet the customer's needs

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Remain professional under pressure

Organized and attentive: you will be required to fill out various documents to accurately record service details

Positive attitude: this goes a long way in making customers happy, but also making the workplace an environment that facilitates growth and success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
