Aevitas Inc. is a leader in the environmental services industry. This position mostly consists of day runs resulting the candidate being home nightly. There are occasional runs to the east coast.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a total compensation plan including:

Duties and Responsibilities

Drive a commercial motor vehicle to transport Bulk liquid insulating oil Accurately complete and maintain daily electronic logs, daily vehicle inspections, trip reports, expense reports and other reports as required Ability to climb tank ladder using fall arrest systems, lift hoses and operate pumps. Meet and follow all required Provincial/Federal regulations Load, secure and transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials Adhere to vehicle weight limits and ensure proper utilization of Aevitas equipment Ensure proper placarding of vehicles to meet TDGA requirements/regulations Comply with legal requirements and internal company policies and procedures Ensure equipment is mechanically sound and in good working order at all times Maintain communication with management, sales and dispatch Maintain a courteous and professional attitude towards customers and other employees Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Valid Class AZ license, with a clean 3 year Drivers Abstract Previous Tanker experience an asset. Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience Able to obtain a security clearance High school diploma
