Your future duties and responsibilities

Develop and oversee regulatory reports, data sources, and data models using the AxiomSL platform. Translate functional specifications into technical implementations for Axiom solutions. Ensure accurate data sourcing and integration into the Axiom platform for reporting. Identify and resolve data quality issues, reporting logic discrepancies, and Axiom configuration problems. Maintain Axiom solutions in alignment with evolving regulatory requirements and business needs. Collaborate with business analysts, compliance teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Engage in project meetings, user acceptance testing, and documentation related to Axiom development.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Axiom development, focusing primarily on versions 9 or 10, within a large enterprise or consulting environment. Expertise in leading the design, development, and implementation of Axiom platform solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Proficient programming skills in SQL. Essential experience of 4 to 5 years in reporting. Strong verbal and written communication skills (mandatory). Ability to quickly ramp up and work independently with minimal guidance (mandatory). Competence in analyzing and troubleshooting issues.
