Job Summary
An Axe Coach is responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and entertaining axe-throwing experience for guests. This role includes instructing participants on proper throwing techniques, enforcing safety rules, setting up and maintaining lanes and equipment, scoring games, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Axe Coaches also monitor participant behavior, respond quickly to safety concerns, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a memorable experience for individuals and groups.
Duties
Greet and Check in Guests Explain and enforce safety rules Maintain cleanliness of facility Perform general maintenance of equipment Assist in Pottery area as needed Responsible for all POS transactions
Qualifications
First Aid Smart Serve Certificate Ability to life 50 Pounds & Stand for extended period of time Must be 19+ Team Player with a positive attitude and outgoing personality Experience in a hospitality role Axe Throwing experience an asset!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
