Job Description
We are currently seeking an AWS Developer to join our team. This position reports directly into Team Lead - Cloud Enablement & Architecture.
The successful candidate will be working with the Cloud Enablement team to develop the core foundational services for our AWS consumers. This would entail contributing to the delivery of strategic items as well supporting current consumers.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve operational practices, procedures and change management
- Automate provisioning of services via CloudFormation/CLI
- Help ensure that applications meet security and compliance requirements
- Participate and contribute in the design, architecting, and implementation of cloud-based solutions
- Developing and improving Infrastructure as Code
- Provide guidance and training to our consumers
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- AWS Associate Architect certification or AWS Associate Developer certification
- 3-5+ Years experience in software development
- 3-5+ Years experience working in an agile software environment
- 3-5+ Years experience in YAML, Python
- 3-5+ Years experience in cloud based development
- Experience in setting up and troubleshooting AWS production environments
- Experience in design and support of build/CI/CD infrastructure
