Job Requirements:

Full Time: 30-44 Hours/Week Open availability Languages: English Education: high school diploma or equivalent Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Work site environment: Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp, Hot Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession, Restaurant Personal suitability: Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Team player Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet Tasks: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Conduct performance reviews, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff Security and safety: Bondable Supervision: More than 20 people Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Combination of sitting, standing, walking
