Reporting to the President & CEO Quadrus, the AVP Business Architecture has overall responsibility for the vision and requirements that contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives, driving the advisor and client experience capability roadmap across Wealth. Working across enterprise stakeholders, this role will lead the team in developing and delivering against this roadmap.

What you will do:





Develop and articulate a clear advisor experience roadmap and vision, and a view of how to win in the Wealth industry relative to competition and changing client and industry needs. Oversee strategic planning, development of business requirements, and successful launch of capabilities aligned to advisor and client experience and aligned with Canada Life objectives. Collaborate with business, functional, and enterprise teams to ensure delivery. Communicate with advisors and clients as appropriate to ensure effective business requirements are developed and testing of strategic capabilities against user experience and advisor and client expectations. Lead and inspire a team and coordinate their activities to ensure they meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering cross-functional collaboration with internal and external teams in a supportive performance culture.

What you will bring:





10+ years of experience in a business development focused role. Ability to bring diverse partners and stakeholders together to solve challenges and get things done. Understands the Wealth business environment and advisor/client needs, identifying experience opportunities that create competitive advantage. Strong digital experience that brings experience thought leadership to the organization. Strong change management and communication skills. Relentless drive to improve the advisor and client experiences, taking action to lead, being proactively ahead of the curve. Learn fast and address what is not working. A strong ability to pivot and course correct. Highly developed interpersonal, collaborative and leadership skills. Strategic thinker with a proven track of leading complex projects and teams with results.

The base salary for this position is between

$129,600

- $226,200

annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
