Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Avionics professional (15+ years)
with strong expertise acrossavionics systems, software, and hardware domains
. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design, development, integration, and certification of avionics systems, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities
Lead the
architecture, design, integration, and verification
of avionics systems for civil or defense aerospace platforms. Definesystem requirements, interface control documents (ICDs), and design specifications
for avionics subsystems. Collaborate acrosssoftware, hardware, and systems engineering teams
to ensure cohesive system functionality and performance. OverseeDO-178C (Software)
andDO-254 (Hardware)
compliance throughout the development lifecycle. Managesystem integration, HIL/SIL testing
, and troubleshooting at the aircraft/system level. Supportcertification and qualification testing
as per FAA/EASA/MoD requirements. ConductFMEA, FTA, reliability, and safety analyses
for avionics components and subsystems. Mentor junior engineers and review design deliverables to maintain high technical standards. Interface with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure technical and compliance alignment.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $107,728.48-$129,737.53 per year
