We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Autonomous Mobile Robotics Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ROS2 based AMR systems across various applications. This role requires a strong foundation in ROS2, C++, SLAM, Path Planning, Fleet Management Systems, and mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
Duties
Design and develop ROS2 based robotic systems and components for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
Program robotic systems using languages such as C++ and Python to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct simulations and tests to validate system designs and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic systems, including logic controllers and FPGA configurations.
Document design processes, test results, and system modifications for future reference.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology and integrate them into existing systems.
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
Very strong proficiency in ROS2, SLAM, Path Planning and Fleet Management
Strong programming skills in C++ and Python;
Familiarity with logic controllers and electrical systems is essential.
Minimum 2 years previous experience in robotics design or automation projects is essential
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
