Vehicle Detailer - Full Time.

Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT - Toronto, ON (401 & Kennedy Road).


Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM SRT is seeking an experienced, professional Vehicle Detailer to join our growing team. Due to increased demand, we're looking for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

Position Overview:

The Vehicle Detailer is responsible for ensuring all customer and inventory vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and presented to Serpa's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Detail and clean all sold and inventory vehicles to showroom condition. Organize and ensure all vehicles are parked in designated locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional wash bay area. Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain quality and efficiency. Protect customer and company confidentiality at all times.
Work collaboratively with other team members and management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Experience required in vehicle detailing (dealership experience an asset). Valid G2 or G driver's license with a clean abstract. Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
