Who We're Looking For:

? Passionate about cars and customer service

? Expertise in automotive repair, maintenance, and providing quality service
? Motivated to grow in a fast-paced environment
? Valid Red Seal Certification an asset, BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract required
? Strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, proficient with diagnostic tools and technology
? Pride in workmanship, confidence in abilities, desire to exceed customer expectations

Schedule:

Full-Time; 5 Days per Week

Compensation

: $100K- $150K/ annually (dependent on experience and flat rate bonus)

What your day will look like:

Vehicle Maintenance:

Perform maintenance and repairs as assigned.

Diagnosing Issues:

Identify the source of malfunctions and determine what repairs or maintenance is needed.

Safety Inspections:

Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and perform road tests when needed.

Communication:

Clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.

Compliance:

Follow provincial and company policies and safety regulations.
