- Track record of high personal productivity
- Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
- Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and diagnostic tools
- Provincial Certificate of Qualification (310s or journeyman status)
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Own tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner and tools supplied at shop)
- Able to service both import and domestic vehicles
