Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Perform visual inspection or on-board diagnosis as part of the preliminary diagnosis

\xc2\xb7 Perform all maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer\'s specifications and in line with the maintenance schedule / computer

\xc2\xb7 Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair

\xc2\xb7 Recognizing deviations or unusual wear and providing feedback to the Service Advisor

\xc2\xb7 Resetting the maintenance systems in accordance with the scope of maintenance

\xc2\xb7 Documenting the performed work and returning the workshop order

Background & Skills:

\xc2\xb7 Mercedes-Benz or other luxury brand experience an asset.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the current After-Sales IT tools (eg. CDK, ASRA, TIPS, etc.)

\xc2\xb7 Red Seal Certification

\xc2\xb7 Luxury brand experience an asset

\xc2\xb7 Must have a valid driver\'s license
