We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires hands-on experience with various automotive systems and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete repairs and installations. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess their condition and recommend appropriate services. Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repairs or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's status. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting and working with various automotive equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician (preferred). Red Seal Certification or valid 310S License (an asset). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair techniques. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Pay: $22.60-$30.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
