Who are you?
Have a minimum 2+ years experience in Automotive Service Management
Have a proven track record leading teams
PBS knowledge is considered a key asset

What does the day to day look like?
Oversee service department by managing, and mentoring technicians and service advisors. Large department. 4 service advisors, 2 appointment coordinators, warranty administrator, lot attendant, and a full shop of technicians.
Ensure a guest experience that exceeds our guest's expectations and the manufacturer's customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Work with General Manager to set sales and gross objectives for department and for service advisors.
Ensure guest vehicles are serviced in a timely manner
Handle and resolve guest concerns and complaints
Monitor and control all warranty activity, assuring compliance with warranty policies and procedures
Communicate regularly with guests about maintenance and service work needed
Remain current on product and industry changes
Lead a collaborative service department, working closely with sales and parts departments
Support with hiring and training processes for new members of the service team
Perform other duties as required
