At Tireworx we're dedicated to delivering high-quality tire, lube, and full automotive services to keep our customers on the road safely. We are looking for an enthusiastic 3rd or 4th year Apprentice to join our team. As an apprentice, we offer a supportive environment where you can learn and thrive.
Position Overview:
As an Apprentice Technician, you will assist in performing basic tire, lube, and all automotive services on a variety of vehicle makes and models. You will work under the guidance of experienced technicians while gaining hands-on experience and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in tire installations, rotations, and balancing. Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements. Provide basic maintenance services including air filter replacements and tire pressure checks. Perform increasingly difficult repairs to expand and challenge your knowledge. Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, damage, or needed repairs Maintain clean and organize work areas Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines when handling tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good physical stamina, capable of lifting and handling heavy equipment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude. Ability to follow safety protocols and handle tools and equipment responsibly. Minimum 1 year pervious experience in the automotive industry Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
