Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs needed, ensuring customers understand the processes involved.
Utilize your mechanical knowledge to answer customer inquiries effectively and provide accurate information regarding vehicle maintenance and repair.
Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition, enhancing customer satisfaction while driving sales.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation of all financial exchanges.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining high-quality standards.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
Experience
Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive service operations.
Mechanic experience or a strong mechanical knowledge base is essential for effective communication with both customers and technicians.
Proven customer service skills with a track record of building strong relationships with clients.
Sales experience, particularly in an automotive context, is advantageous for upselling services effectively.
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is crucial for success in this role.
