Service Advisor Position

G.W. MOSHER MOTORS (FORD) LIMITED has an immediate opening for a ServiceAdvisor/Appointment Coordinator. We're a family owned and operated company that provides safe and reliable vehicles to people in surrounding communities.

As a Service Advisor/Appointment Coordinator, you will be one of the primary points of contact for customers when booking their service appointments and checking in their vehicles.

This role will involve communicating with customers in a variety of methods; including on the phone, in person and online. Both oral and written skills are important as well as strong computer skills. Being organized is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Maintain service appointment schedule
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Determine customer automotive problems and services
• Prepare repair orders, explain charges and payment collection
