Job Duties:

Deliver exceptional customer service during all interactions.

Meet the needs of customers, answer their questions and exceed their expectations.

Provide customers with vehicle information and technical specifications.

Present and test drive vehicles and explain the features and benefits to the customer.

Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.

Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers, fellow employees, and the company's reputation.

Ensure all work is performed and completed in a timely fashion and maintain accurate records.

Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop and foster customer referrals to increase sales and service volume.

Record customer information and complete customer follow up on a regular basis.

What we're looking for:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills:

OMVIC License: Preferred but not required. (we can help you get licensed quickly)

Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge on various automobile makes/models and vehicle features is an asset.

Professional demeanour, selling style, and appearance.

Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.

Exceptional communication skills - Written and verbal.

High energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.

Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

Valid G or G2 class driver's license with a clean driving record.
