Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their vehicle needs.
Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
Maintain an organized sales environment, including managing inventory and displaying vehicles attractively.
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with the finance department to assist customers with financing options and paperwork.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or retail sales environments.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Proficient in basic math skills for handling transactions and calculations related to sales.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
A valid driver's license is required for conducting test drives and managing inventory movement.
