As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, ensuring they have a positive experience while meeting their automotive needs. Your ability to build relationships and understand customer preferences will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Assist customers in test-driving vehicles and navigating the purchasing process. Maintain an organized sales environment, including managing inventory and displaying vehicles effectively. Utilize effective phone etiquette to follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships. Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets. Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitive offerings.

Experience

Previous experience in sales support or retail sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply. Proficiency in math for handling transactions and financing options is essential. A background in sales management is a plus but not required.
