Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits. Assist customers in the selection of vehicles that best suit their requirements. Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions while ensuring compliance with dealership policies. Maintain knowledge of current market trends, inventory, and competitor offerings. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and dealership goals.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building. Proven experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred. Ability to effectively upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Bilingual abilities, particularly in French, are highly desirable for engaging with a diverse clientele. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently. Proficient math skills for handling transactions and financing options. In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations is an advantage.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
