What You'll Do (Key Responsibilites)



As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will:

Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional buying experience Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicles Explain features, benefits, warranties, and vehicle history Conduct exciting, informative test drives Present

financing, trade-in, and pricing

options Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed monthly targets Answer inquiries via email, phone, and text Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals Stay updated on new inventory, market trends, and promotions Maintain compliance with OMVIC, provincial, and dealership policies

What We're Looking For



OMVIC Certification (required) Valid Class G Driver's Licence Strong communication & presentation skills Energetic, goal-driven, and customer-focused Sales, dealership, or customer service experience (asset) Ability to work independently and within a team

What We Offer



Uncapped commission pay: the more you sell, the more you earn. There is no limit New hires typically earn

$60k-$90k

Experienced consultants often exceed

$100k-$250k+
