Job Summary

:
As an Automotive Salesperson, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from understanding their needs to closing the sale. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for vehicles, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new or pre-owned vehicles based on their needs and preferences. Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and pricing. Conduct test drives with customers, addressing any questions or concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets. Stay up-to-date on vehicle inventory, promotions, and industry trends. Handle paperwork related to vehicle sales accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

:

Proven experience in sales or customer service (automotive sales experience is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Knowledge of automotive products and market trends is preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
