What We're Looking For:

Upbeat & Positive Attitude: You'll be the face of our dealership, so energy and enthusiasm are key!

No Experience? No Problem!: While automotive experience isn't required, we're looking for candidates with a background in customer service and / or hospitality. If you've worked in a role where you made people feel valued and appreciated, we want you!

Tech-Savvy: We live in a digital world, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, including social media platforms, CRM tools, and basic digital communication.

Team Player: Collaboration is essential, so being a supportive and reliable team member is important.

Customer-Focused: You're passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships.

Clean driving record, background check and full driver's licence is a must!

Candidates must have reliably commute or plan to relocate to Merritt before starting work.
