experienced Automotive Salesperson

to join our team.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a results-driven

Sales Consultant with direct automotive sales experience only

. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and skilled at guiding clients through every step of the buying process -- from initial contact to final delivery. You must be comfortable handling eLeads, in-person walk-ins, and phone inquiries while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online. Understand each customer's needs and recommend the right vehicle. Conduct professional test drives and vehicle presentations. Clearly explain financing, trade-in, and warranty options. Follow up with all leads to maintain communication and maximize opportunities. Complete all required paperwork in full compliance with OMVIC standards. Collaborate with management to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience (required).

Valid

OMVIC license

or ability to obtain one. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record. Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
