We're looking for a

Sales Consultant

who is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle. Whether you're an experienced salesperson or looking to start a rewarding career in the automotive industry, we'll provide the tools and training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner. Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable new or pre-owned vehicles. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Explain vehicle features, options, and financing details clearly. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver a smooth buying experience. Achieve individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Driven, organized, and customer-focused. Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust. Willingness to learn about Ford products and systems. Valid Ontario driver's license and clean driving record. Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (automotive experience preferred but not required).
