Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated

Automotive Sales Consultant

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and passionate about cars and helping people. You'll play a key role in guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase process -- from initial inquiry to delivery -- while building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and financing options Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers Stay current with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends Create and promote personal and dealership online presence Ensure all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience (automotive experience preferred but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license and clean driving record OMVIC sales license
