As a Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with customers to help them find the right vehicle to fit their needs--while also meeting your personal sales goals. You'll be part of a supportive team that values integrity, collaboration, and great service.

What You'll Be Doing

Helping clients choose the right vehicle by listening, asking questions, and offering honest guidance Following up with past and potential customers to build lasting relationships Managing your own sales pipeline--from prospecting to closing Staying organized, planning your day in advance, and using tools to track progress Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets in a supportive team environment

What We're Looking For

You've got

sales experience

(automotive sales is a big plus, but not required) You're a great communicator who enjoys working with people You're self-motivated, organized, and always looking for ways to improve You love the idea of helping customers while earning a strong income You're comfortable working towards targets and thrive on meeting goals

Requirements

Valid driver's license Legally able to work in Canada Sales experience (automotive or similar high-performance industry preferred)
