As a Car Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car buying process, providing them with valuable information about our vehicles, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing. Assist customers in the sales process from initial inquiry through final purchase. Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with potential buyers. Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure seamless transactions. Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers over the phone. Participate in dealership events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Multilingual abilities, especially in French, are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with dealership operations and sales management processes is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Proficient in using CRM software or other sales tracking tools is advantageous.

Pay: $36,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
