We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for retail and sales, with the ability to engage customers and provide exceptional service. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to a positive shopping experience

Responsibilities

VALID OMIVC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Certification) Licence Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized assistance. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor. Provide product knowledge and technical sales support to customers as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends . A proactive attitude towards upselling products and enhancing customer experiences.

Pay: $43,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
